TinkrLabs AI ("we," "us") helps businesses turn scattered knowledge into systems. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we keep it honest.
01 What we collect
- You give usWhen you book a call or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to write in your message or booking notes.
- AutomaticallyStandard, non-identifying technical data your browser sends — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited — to keep the site secure and understand traffic at an aggregate level.
- We don'tSell your data, run advertising trackers, or collect sensitive personal information. We have no use for it.
02 How we use it
Only for the reasons you'd expect: to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run a call, deliver work you've engaged us for, and keep our site running and secure. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
03 Service providers
We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate. They process data on our behalf and only as needed:
- CalendlyScheduling. When you book a call, your details are handled under Calendly's privacy policy ↗.
- EmailMessages you send to hello@tinkrlabs.ai are received and stored in our email provider.
- HostingOur site is served by our hosting provider, which may process basic request logs for reliability and security.
04 Retention
We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed for the conversation or engagement it relates to, plus a reasonable period for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see below.
05 Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@tinkrlabs.ai and we'll action it promptly. We operate from India and handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; this policy is intended to honour those.
06 Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function and, where applicable, privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.
