Terms of Service

By using Maria you agree to these terms. Short version: use it in good faith, don't try to break it, and we'll do our best to keep it running reliably.

Billing

Maria costs $15/month after a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time from your dashboard — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Service

Maria runs on third-party infrastructure (WhatsApp, Google, Anthropic, Railway, Stripe). We don't guarantee 100% uptime but we work hard to keep it close.

Limits

Fair use applies. If you're sending thousands of messages a day, we'll reach out. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate WhatsApp's terms or ours.
